-
Some configuration values you provide may be secrets (such as bot tokens or database connection URIs).
You remain responsible for securing these credentials.
5. Subscriptions and payments

The Service may require an active subscription (for example via Patreon) to access certain features
or instance limits.

If you subscribe via Patreon, your payment relationship is primarily with Patreon and is also
governed by Patreon’s terms and policies.

If your subscription becomes inactive, we may limit, disable, or stop Instances to enforce limits.

7. Suspension, limitation, and termination
-
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service or disable Instances if we reasonably believe you
violated these Terms, if required to comply with law, or to protect the Service and others.
-
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete Instances via the dashboard where
available.
8. Availability and maintenance
- We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that can impact availability.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted
under applicable law.
-
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit,
loss of data, or business interruption.
-
If we are liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the
one (1) month before the event giving rise to liability, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
-
You are responsible for backing up your own data and ensuring you have appropriate security measures
for your systems and credentials.
10. Intellectual property
We (or our licensors) own all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and website content,
except for third-party materials.
